From our Chophu camp, we can watch the sunrise over these majestic summits. To our right, piercing through the clouds, is the striking, rugged peak of Nanda Kot.

Next, we encounter the open spaces. In the Kumaon and Garhwal regions, ‘Kharak’ means ‘clearings.’ This trek features some breathtaking clearings to explore. We even set up our camps in two of these beautiful spots! This journey is truly unique compared to our other treks.
